Currently tgh posting internal medicine....3 weeks dh
N first rotation ni ak posting kat ppukm
Next week kn posting kat hospital teluk intan dh
N another 2 weeks akan posting dkt hkL

Absolutely,perasaan msuk posting ni sbg final year sgt berbeze compare dgn perasaan wktu 3rd year dulu..
Honestly,first day msuk ward medical ni serase cam ade perasaan yg lain
Mybe sbb ak pernah fail posting ni dlu
N doctors are expecting u as a junior doctors already..
Which i really unprepared for that yet :(
But the most best part is during ward round,they will teach us a lot
Compare waktu 3rd year dlu blurrr gilerrr kot +.+

Terlalu byk utk dipelajari...
There's no such answer of "don't know" or "not sure" anymore
Everything must be placed all in ur brain
Bak kate prof,final year just nk revise back je
Sumenye dh blaja,sumenye dh bace wktu 3rd year dulu

Patient xtau solat wktu sakit,ajaar

Tp utk buat sume tu,kn prepare laaa
